Returns & Product Condition Policy

Important Notice: Due to safety, contamination, and regulatory requirements associated with petroleum and chemical products, opened containers cannot be returned.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior written authorization. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Products returned without authorization may be refused.


Eligible Returns

Products may qualify for return only if all the following conditions are met:

  • Product is unopened and unused

  • Product remains in the original manufacturer container

  • All original labels remain intact and legible

  • Container includes all original caps and seals

  • Container is free from dents, damage, or contamination

  • Product has not been transferred, mixed, or altered

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened containers

  • Partially used products

  • Contaminated or altered product

  • Bulk deliveries

  • Special-order products

  • Products transferred from original packaging

  • Products stored outside recommended conditions

Once the container seal has been broken, the product cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Restocking fees may apply to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return freight charges unless the return is due to:

  • Shipping damage

  • Incorrect product shipped

Inspection & Refunds

Returned products are inspected upon receipt. Approved returns will be issued as either an account credit or a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion. Products that fail inspection may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Claims for damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Product Selection Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product, viscosity grade, specification, and package size prior to ordering. Incorrectly ordered products are not eligible for return once shipped or opened.

Storage & Handling Requirements

Petroleum and chemical products must be stored and handled according to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices. Products that have been improperly stored or exposed to contamination may not be eligible for return.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed during normal business hours.

Shipping times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Order size

  • Delivery location

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise quoted. Freight charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Customers may be responsible for additional charges related to:

  • Delivery access restrictions

  • Liftgate service

  • Redelivery attempts

Terms of Sale

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following:

  • All products are sold subject to availability.

  • Product pricing and availability may change without notice.

  • Orders may be canceled or adjusted in the event of pricing errors.

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and applicable regulations.

Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Notice

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for applicable products are available here. They can also be emailed upon request or found via manufacturer resources. Customers are responsible for reviewing SDS information prior to handling, storing, or using any petroleum or chemical product. Improper handling or misuse of these products may result in injury, property damage, or environmental harm.

Customer information collected during checkout may include:

  • Name

  • Contact information

  • Shipping details

  • Payment information

This information is used solely for:

  • Order processing

  • Customer service

  • Order fulfillment

We do not sell or share customer information except as necessary to complete transactions or comply with legal requirements.
