How it works

Nomination

During the first six weeks of each quarter employees can submit nominations for causes, charities, or organizations that align with our values. Whether it's a cause near and dear to them or an event that promotes community growth, we want to hear about it!

Review

Submitted nominations are reviewed by our leadership team to ensure each cause aligns with our core values and meets our standards for community impact. Each nomination must include an explanation of how the cause will benefit our community and reflect our core values.

Support

The selected causes are announced and will receive support from Wolf, typically in the form of monetary donations. However, support may also include a combination of cash, volunteer time, event sponsorships, or other business resources. Our goal is to amplify their impact through these resources.
